Transfer Cart

In order to facilitate daily handling in the cleanroom area of Class A and B, the Ortner company has developed a special semi- automated Transfer Cart. This device is an ideal complement to the HEPA Cart.

The loading of the HEPA Cart as well as the unloading and loading of e.g. freeze- docking and flanging systems is made much easier by the Transfer Cart. The loading and unloading height of the cart is adjusted semi- automatically by hand to the appropriate equipment. The containers can be handled safely and without touching with the Transfer Cart.

Due to its lightweight design, the Transfer Cart is easy to move and operate for any operator.

In the background there is a gray box. The upper part of the front is gray, under it there is a glass pane through which eight shelves can be seen. In the middle of the glass pane is a white bar horizontally. On the left side, there is a black knob in the upper part in the middle, and behind it on the left is an in small black tube pointing upwards. About half of the tube is made up of colored lights that are green, yellow and red from bottom to top. The green one is glowing. Below that is a yellow and red button. To the right of the black button is a small screen. Below that is a large indentation. In the foreground is a person wearing a white protective suit, white protective hood, white mouth guard and white gloves. She has her left hand on a handle that is attached to a plate. Next to this plate is another one. On the two plates are quite a few small empty vials. These two plates are attached to a high bar going upwards. Under the plates you can see that the bar is attached to a frame with four rollers. At the top of the bar is attached to the side of a downward bending tube. Under the bend is attached a small gray box, n the lower end of which is a black part that narrows towards the bottom. From it comes a black cable that runs downward. Also, under the bend is another tube that goes forward and bends down at the end all the way to the panels. Here is the right hand of the person.
The Transfer Cart is the ideal complement to the HEPA Cart

Extensive safety due to the 3-stage parking brake

Non-abrasive swivel castors support the lift's high maneuverability to reach the point of use precisely and quickly in narrow aisles and with varying floor conditions.
