Material Transfer Hatch Active C

Compact and efficient. The Active C Transfer Hatch has been specifically designed for use in the pharmaceutical industry, life science production, chemical areas and research facilities. The Active C is ideal because of its safety, space-saving infeed and discharge of different materials and products.

Perfect cleanliness. In addition to a double-wall construction, the Active C features electrically interlocked doors with a large viewing window, as well as terminal supply and exhaust air filter intake devices. This sound ventilation concept inside the material transfer hatch ensures perfect cleanliness for your product.

Hygienic design inside and out. Like all Ortner Material Transfer Hatches, the material transfer hatch has a hygienic design and a disinfectant- resistant stainless steel housing which makes it easy to clean both inside and out. 

The upper half of a cube has a closed door, with a glass pane. On the right is a red and a green button. In the lower left- hand corner is written "Ortner Cleanrooms Unlimited". On the top of the superstructure are two short silver tubes which come side by side in the middle.
In one wall is a built-in cube that has a closed door and a large glass pane. A black handle is attached to the frame on the right. To the right of it is a black button, a green button and a red button. Through the glass pane, you can see that the cube is empty and also has a glass pane at the other end. On the ceiling inside the cube shines a green light.
Double wall construction with door elements on both sides
A tall cabinet built into a wall that reaches to the ceiling. In the middle there is a large door with a large glass pane. To the left of the glass pane is a black handle for opening and closing the door.
Convenient and easy to clean
You can see the cutout of a small box with a closed door and large glass pane. A black handle is attached to the frame. To the right of it, from top to bottom, is a green, red, blue and black button. Through the glass pane you can see that the box is empty.
Flushing and locking times can be freely selected

Compact, Secure and Efficient

For cleanrooms from ISO Class 4 as well as GMP Class B.

A control module and aerosol filter testing device is integrated into the material transfer hatch. The supply and exhaust air is supplied externally.

The exhaust air volume (pressure inside the material transfer hatch), as well as the respective purging and locking times, are freely selectable.

UVC- Radiation

The Active L Material Transfer Hatch is also available as a disinfection lock with UVC radiation unit.
