Material Transfer Hatch Active L

Rapid, efficient infeed and outfeed of materials.

Rapid inward and outward transfer. The Active L Material Transfer Hatch is ideal for the rapid, efficient infeed, discharge of materials and products especially in the pharmaceutical industry, life science as well as chemical areas and research facilities.

Optional retrofit. The material transfer hatch consists of a double-wall construction with mutually electric interlocked doors and viewing windows made of toughened safety glass. The Active L can be flexibly retrofitted with various additional options (e.g. as a sterilization airlock with UVc irradiation unit).

Perfect purity. All Ortner Material Transfer Hatches feature a hygiene- optimized design, with a disinfectant-resistant stainless steel housing. In addition, all active material transfer hatch are equipped with terminal supply and exhaust air filter intake devices. The well-founded ventilation concept within the material transfer hatch ensures perfect cleanliness for the product.

In the top half of the bump are a red button and a green button. Above the cube is a narrow structure in the lower left corner of which it says ortner cleanrooms unlimited. For quick and efficient inward and outward transfer of materials
A sluice consisting of two square elements is set into a wall. The upper element is a closed plate, the one under the sluice itself. A large closed glass door is inserted through which you can see that there is also a closed glass door on the other side.
Flushing and locking times can be freely selected
Through a pane of glass you can see a lock embedded in a wall. It has a large glass door that is closed.
Designed with intake and exhaust air filter mounts as standard

All-glass door made of toughened glass

All-glass doors are made of toughened safety glass and are installed on the operating sides of the material transfer hatch.

The material transfer hatch itself contains a control module and an aerosol filter testing device.

The supply and exhaust air is supplied externally. Internal hit-and-miss valves are used to set the pressure.

UVC Radiation

Available as a disinfection sluice with UVC radiation unit
