Racking and Loading Trolley Systems

As a system provider for airlock and decontamination systems, Ortner also offers various shelving and loading systems for airlocks and autoclaves.

All systems are designed to allow ergonomic and flexible handling.

In the foreground on the right is a small silver table on four casters. About halfway up, is a plate. The upper part itself has no plate, but a frame. On the left frame, a curved bar goes up at both corners and then together in the middle, forming a large handle. A little further forward and at the two front corners small rods go up, on which again a frame is attached. At the point where the large handle is, the top frame is open. At both ends there is a red lever. In the background of this small table, stands a scale consisting of rods. The lower part consists of two rods, at the end of which rollers are attached. The two rods are connected by a longer rod, which is attached centrally. Also centrally on these two rods goes up another long rod per rod. Shelves are mounted here at equal intervals, which consist of many thin bars.
Links steht ein Wagen auf Rollen. Das obere und das untere Fach sind leer. Rechts dahinter steht ein höherer Wagen mit Rollen. Auf beiden Fächern stehen große Glasflaschen mit blauer Flüssigkeit.

At the top are two white buckets lying on their sides. Below that, hanging from the bars in three rows are six clear small bags with gray round plastic pieces. Below that hang six small plastic bags with stacks of small cans. Next to them hang and lie white fabrics wrapped in plastic. Below them hang again in three rows six transparent small bags with gray round plastic parts. On the last level, in the foreground, hang side by side transparent plastic bags with white fabric. Behind them hang small transparent plastic bags with white rolls.

Shelf Loading System

Loading system consists of an upper carriage and an undercarriage in pharmaceutical grade design with antistatic rollers.

Depending on the design of the airlock, the upper carriage can be inserted into the airlock and unloaded again via an integrated rail system without contact with the floor.

Loading Trolley System

The loading trolley is designed as a compact tray system.

Loading is carried out via several compartment elements, whereby attention has also been paid here to the smallest possible support surfaces for the containers.
