H2O2 Airlock Systems for Individual Requirements

Processes, technology competence and expertise.

A high level of competency with years of expertise and innovative strength have enable us to respond flexibly to a wide variety of special needs.

One of our strengths is the development of innovative and customized solutions that meet the ever-increasing challenges of the cleanroom industry.

In a wall on the left side, in the right front corner is a gray cabinet that reaches the ceiling. In the right half is a closed door at the very bottom. Above it is a closed door a with large glass pane. Above it is a closed door. The right side of the cabinet consists of two panels. The upper one occupies about two thirds. In the lower half of this panel is a small screen. Below it is a yellow-red and a black button. In the lower panel there is a small closed door. In the middle part of the wall there is a large glass panel. Behind it, a table can be seen. About halfway up, on the other side of the glass panel, there are six large black circles. To the left of the large pane of glass is a door set into the wall. It is closed and has a large glass pane.

Gaseous Decontamination, Personal Safety and Validity of Processes

Together with our research partners, we have been working on the overall process of H2O2 technology on a scientific basis for many years.

By dealing with complex challenges in the field of gaseous decontamination, personal safety and process validation, we are now able to design the entire decontamination process and put it into practice.

Starting with the engineering of fluid dynamics, gas generation, and the best distribution systems for the most efficient cycle development.

Basic scientific research, sound physics, chemistry know-how, extensive knowledge in the field of microbiology, as well as innovative strength, creativity and willingness to take risks help us to develop completely new technical concepts for practical application realization.

H2O2 Airlock System with the Highest Possible Degree of Purity

Decontamination by means of sterile compressed air for a safe decontamination process.

Logging and trend display is done via PM-Quality System, recipe management via SQL database system of the sluice chambers with associated RTP port.

"Airlock within the Airlock" Decontamination System Suitable for Short Cycle Times

"Sluice in the sluice" system enables a flexible response to a wide variety of infeed and outfeed requirements while maintaining short cycle times.

Automated H2O2 Decontamination Airlock Systems

The automated H2O2 decontamination airlock system communicates with the driverless transport and building management system.

It can be integrated into an automated logistics system for a building.

Loading is possible by AGVs, as well as by human operators. The system also recognizes humans as AGVs (Automated Guided Vehicles).
