After his active career, Dieter has made it his mission to pass on his own experiences and thus to inspire others. During a fireplace talk, he gave our executives an insight into a “Champions Mindset” and a “Championship Culture. ” This philosophy can be applied and lived not only in sports, but also in business, in order to be able to lead the team to the highest level of performance.
