UVC+ Lock

The UVC+ Lock is a standalone, modular lock unit designed for the secure transfer of pallets from class D cleanrooms to class C cleanrooms or defined intermediate classes – including particulate cleaning and microbiological decontamination.

Secure transfer of pallets into cleanrooms of various classes

When transferring pallets between cleanroom classes in a controlled manner, the primary focus is on protecting both the product and its surrounding environment. The UVC+ Lock enables the transfer from class D to class C cleanrooms or defined intermediate classes – while simultaneously performing particulate cleaning and microbiological decontamination. The transfer process is carried out via a standalone unit, which can be loaded and unloaded manually, semi-automatically, or fully automatically depending on requirements. Thanks to its modular design and flexible adaptation options, the system can be seamlessly integrated into existing cleanroom processes.
