Mobile Hydrogen Peroxide Gas Generator "ISU 2.0"

Powerful mobile H2O2 gas generator for safe bio-decontamination processes.

The ISU 2.0 is one of the most modern and powerful H2O2 gas generator systems on the market. Thanks to adjustable volume flows of up to 350 m³/h and the programmed process variety, decontamination can be carried out over long distances via nozzle and ventilation systems.

The generated gas flow can be introduced into the room either "intensively highly concentrated" or "gliding continuously" built up (superinduce effect). With only one ISU 2.0 generator you can decontaminate rooms with a volume of up to 500 m³.

Decontamination of up to 2,500 m³. For the simultaneous decontamination of several or larger rooms, individual ISUs 2.0 can be operated in a system network of up to 5 units and centrally controlled via one ISU 2.0. This makes it possible to decontaminate room volumes of up to 2,500 m³ simultaneously.

Performance, Safety and Flexibility

The ISU 2.0 is a mobile H2O2 gas generator for biodecontamination of dry surfaces in rooms, plants, air conditioning and ventilation installations and can also be used for materials or goods.

The ISU 2.0 can interconnect different infrastructure systems, plants or devices and also communicate interactively with external systems.

All operating states of the generator, all ACTUAL values of the sensors, the process times, all alarms and the current cycle data are provided via the LAN interface. 

A decontamination cycle can be selected and started externally via the LAN interface.

Accelerated H2O2 Degradation

Even more efficient decontamination cycles: Through the additional use of mobile H2O2 catalysts, the necessary ventilation time for e.g. 1,000 m³ room volume can be reduced by up to 50%.

The H2O2 catalyst can be used in all types of rooms. No connection to on- site ventilation systems is necessary, as it can run in pure recirculation mode.
